Exciting News for Nimbox!
We’ve got a spring in our step this April. So far we’ve had nothing but showers of exciting changes here at Nimbox, and this is the very first blog broadcasting them!
New Team Member
First off, we’re proud to announce a new member of the Nimbox team, with Megan Barnett joining us as Customer Service Manager. Megan, who previously worked for a leading cloud computing company will be providing demonstrations of the Nimbox suite to potential customers, while also lending her helpful hand to any queries existing customers may have.
She’s joining us with bundles of experience (and enthusiasm) having worked not only in a demanding business environment but also one in the fast-paced world of tech! A very warm welcome to Megan!
If you’ve read some of our previous blogs and release notes surrounding Vault 2.6, you’ll know how hard the team has been working to create some of the fantastic new features that are available in our latest update.
Vault 2.6 is the culmination of months of backbreaking brainpower, but we’re thrilled to officially announce our brand new Online Document Editing tool, along with our brand new desktop client. This Online Document Editing feature is up, running, and available to use under our Premium Plan.
Nimbox is also introducing a new pricing structure to our products this month. Many people would see this as a negative, but for us, it highlights our success and commitment to continually improving our service. Don’t worry if you are already a Nimbox customer, as this will not affect you. By way of a thank you for your continued support, your existing prices will not change.
Since 2013, we’ve charged exactly the same price for our products, despite our supplier costs increasing. Up until now, we’ve absorbed this discrepancy ourselves, while other competitors increased their prices long ago. We decided not to follow the trend, as you know, we aren’t afraid to be different and stand out from the crowd.
