We are aware of an issue accessing Shared items in Chrome and Firefox. We are currently working with Google and Firefox to get us removed from a list of blocked sites. Apologies for the inconvenience caused by this, but the below will provide a temporary workaround:

On the affected site, you will see the below:

Click “details” and you will be directed to the following:

Click “visit this site” to access the files/folders.

You can also turn off Google Chrome protection Mode with the following steps:

Press the 3 dots in the top right of Chrome and go to settings.

From there go to Privacy and security on the left and then click the security option in the middle.

Select the option called No “Protection”

You will see a warning, but press “turn off” to accept it.

It should now display as:
