We like to think that we’re pretty transparent at Nimbox. We believe that it’s important for our customers have accurate, easily-accessible data in order to make informed decisions.
Transparency is especially important in an industry that largely hides behind vague service level agreements, and increasingly pathetic recoverable damages clauses.
Over the past few months, we have been testing a new public status page, that provides a genuine look at how our systems are performing.
The new Nimbox status page offers real-time, unadulterated metrics—such as platform response and uptime—that are filterable by day, week, or month. These metrics are sent directly from Pingdom (which monitors our platform 24/7/365), and will persist even if our platform suffers an outage:
Plus, if we ever have an incident, you can subscribe to updates written by our engineering team, and have these updates delivered your email address as soon as they are published. Of course when everything is normal, you can also see that in an instant:
The launch of our status page is just another step in our drive to be fully transparent about how we provide your service. If you have any thoughts on how we can improve further, let us know!
