When ready, our engineer will ask for ‘Your ID’ and ‘Password.’
About TeamViewer and remote support:
After opening a support ticket, our engineers may ask you to start a remote support session.
This session allows us to control your computer remotely. To do this, we utilise a tool built by TeamViewer. This tool enables us to view your desktop and control your system, after you have given us permission to do so.
