In the web portal’s Organisation Dashboard, click the Shares tab. 

The Team Shares page displays.

In the Team Shares page, click the ‘plus’ button:

The Team Share Settings page displays. In the Team Share Settings page, type a descriptive name for the Team Share, choose whether subscribers’ content will have Auto-Locking enabled, and whether email subscriptions are allowed. You may also wish to include a description:

In the Subscribers section, choose the Share’s subscribers, and where they can access it from:

In the Subscribers from another organization section, type the email addresses of full users (paid) that are outside of your organisation then click add invitation, to be invited to the Share:

Click the Save button when you are finished. You will be redirected to the Team Shares page.
